HECTOR School of Engineering and Management logoThe HECTOR School offers Executive Master Programs for engineers, economists and computer scientists with a unique combination of management know-how with engineering expertise. The school – named after Dr. h.c. Hector, the co-founder of SAP – is run in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)/Germany. All programs are ASIIN accredited and designed for young professionals, allowing to continue careers while acquiring new skills.

HECTOR School of Engineering & Management

The HECTOR School programs are more than typical MBA programs. Leadership in today's fast changing and complex environment does imply technological and organizational responsibilities as well as requires economical accountability and Human Resource Management know-how. Therefore all programs base on 10 modules of each 2 weeks:

- 5 Management Modules where participants are provided with general knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Multiproject Management, International Law and Human Resource Management so they can consider commercial consequences of business decisions.

- 5 Engineering Modules adapted to each specialization which provide insight into the newest research topics. They convey current and state-of-the-art methodology necessary to master the scope of innovative technologies.
