The Program
The aim of the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program is to prepare future senior managers to lead organizations in a constantly changing business environment. The program utilizes the most up to date global management techniques to broaden our participants' professional and social skills, and has a strong emphasis on team leadership whilst maintaining a general management focus in a high performance environment. The program is jointly offered by Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University USA and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management Germany. It is particularly suited to candidates who wish to enhance their global leadership skills and enter top management positions.

The program is spread over a two year period and comprises weekend and live-in week teaching sessions in Vallendar, close to Frankfurt, Germany. In addition, international teaching weeks take place electively at Kellogg partner campuses in Chicago, Miami, Hong Kong, Tel Aviv and Toronto.

Upon graduation, our students join the renowned Kellogg worldwide alumni association, and continue to receive the benefits of this outstanding network throughout their careers.

Admissions requirements
Candidates must hold a good first degree from a recognized higher education institution, have a minimum of 5 years management level work experience, be in full-time employment and have the company's agreement to provide the time away from work. We require fluency in English (minimum TOEFL score of 100 internet based or IE LTS 7.0).
