--------------------------
The Ashridge MBA is one programme that offers two different pathways to achieving your MBA: the one year accelerated MBA and the two year executive MBA.
Both pathways result in the same degree. Classes are smaller than average, interactive and international. You benefit from the same faculty offering a teaching and learning philosophy which believes in combining theory and practice and emphasising the application of learning.
You remain in your group throughout the year and are joined in each module by those on the alternative pathway to ensure that group discussion remains engaging and to maximise the individual networks of each member on the programme.
Both programmes require a minimum of 1800 hours of learning, of which approximately 500-550 will be contact hours.
--------------------------
One year Accelerated MBA
Accelerated students are usually full-time, self-sponsored and are seeking to broaden their horizons and accelerate their careers.
While all projects and assignments are aimed at embedding and applying the learning, Accelerated MBA students use the assignments and project to develop their abilities in new settings. This programme is full time and starts in September.
--------------------------
Two year Executive MBA
Executive MBA students are usually part-time, employer-sponsored and looking for growth within their existing organisations and sectors.
Executive MBA students undertake their assignments and project within the context of their organisation representing a significant payback to their employer. This programme consists of 1 week blocks of study once every two months and starts in September and January.
