MBA. MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.

The ESIC MBA sees the company as an organisation where different resources flow together to supply markets with their needs through the provision of services and the sale of products which are, in themselves, answers to these needs.

This is where the MBA begins. A concept of the company is implied where the ability of the businessman to create such and such a product is not the starting point but rather the detection of needs within the environment where the company wishes to operate.

With this point of view it is clear that a company is not just a business set up to obtain profit through its services or products but a project based on a mission which is fully accepted and understood by those who propose to run the business.

And so the strategic approach of the company stems from having a clearly defined mission and a coherent approach to the market whose needs are to be met.

MBA’s MISSION
ESIC conceives of its general management programme with this same sense of ‘mission’ and recognises the need to explain the reasoning behind the MBA and its objectives:

This is an MBA programme in General Business Management. Its aim is to prepare its students to take on managerial responsibilities with an ethical approach and the criteria of efficiency and effectiveness.
