The average full-time MBA student is 28 years old and has four years of work experience. Two years of full-time, postgraduate work is required. Currently, 15% of the class is international and 15% of the class is comprised of under-represented minorities.
The schools evening programs in Winston-Salem and Charlotte and the Charlotte Saturday program are designed for professionals, managers and entrepreneurs with strong job performance and potential for advancement. A minimum of three years of professional experience is required, and average work experience is typically seven to nine years. The average age for these programs ranges from 29 to 33, and under-represented minorities comprise approximately 17 percent of each program.
