Our students are successful executives with over three years of professional experience who seek career enhancement through a quality leap in academic knowledge and personal growth.
Applicants' Profile:
Over 60% of class participants come from abroad. Professional backgrounds are diversified, with a strong share of business management, engineering and accounting graduates. However, a number of our graduate students are also lawyers, IT professionals and communications majors. In terms of their work experience, 50% have built their careers in large companies, while 20% have worked at medium-sized companies.
Class participants average 28 years of age, ranging from 25 through 33. In 2007, their GMAT and IAE Test scores averaged 646, while their average work experience spanned around 6 years. In 2008, IAEs Full-Time MBA class includes nationals from Colombia, Ecuador, the United States, Bolivia, Germany, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Venezuela and Argentina
We want our graduates to have strong leadership skills, a capacity to develop an analytical thinking process that improves their decision-making, and the ability to move at ease in the multicultural environment surrounding us.
