Vikas Bansal, EPGP 2010-11
Vikas Bansal is a business-savvy technologist who is passionate about high-tech products. Before joining EPGP at IIMB, he had worked for 13 years in internet, telecom and embedded technology domains in functional and cross-functional roles. Now Vikas works with Yahoo! which offered him a senior role in product management during campus recruitment. According to Vikas, My one year at IIMB has given me the confidence to take on bigger challenges in the business world. Besides an academically rigorous exposure to both time-tested and contemporary management practices, the programme gave me opportunities to polish my leadership skills and develop my professional network. It was indeed a transformative experience.
Kshitij Sheth, PGP 2009-11
Kshitij Sheth finished his undergraduate studies from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree, specialising in finance. He then had a two-year stint with Citigroup Global Capital Markets in New York City. During his PGP at IIMB, Kshitij interned with Morgan Stanley Private Equity. He graduated in March 2011 and is now an associate at ChrysCapital Investment Advisors, a Private Equity firm. In Kshitijs words, What distinguishes IIMB from other business schools is the depth of knowledge it provides on India. With some of the best faculty and a focus on projects in many courses, students are equipped with real-time knowledge on several industries in the country, and on the intricacies of running a business in India.
