MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program offers a broad-based, interactive curriculum focused on developing socially responsible leaders who make thoughtful decisions that impact their organization and the world at large.

The program incorporates courses in leadership development, business function core, corporate social responsibility, integrative problem solving, electives, and co-curricular enrichment into a rigorous and relevant program. Professional development is enhanced through a career development course, internships, and a consulting project that students complete in the second year of the program.

Program concentrations tailored to individual interests and study abroad opportunities are available.

INTERNATIONAL MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (IMBA)

The International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) is a full-time program educating leaders with a global orientation and skills to succeed in the international marketplace.

Program design incorporates the flexibility for numerous study abroad options: completing a Dual Degree (with partner institutions in either Germany or Mexico); enrolling in a semester exchange program; and participating in USD study abroad opportunities in countries around the world.

Students complete two international practicums (strategic consulting projects) on two different continents during the program.

Students may select a concentration by focusing electives in particular areas of expertise. Classes are kept small, promoting interactive learning.
