Since its founding in 1971, the European Business School (EBS) International University Schloss Reichartshausen has been pioneer in education and executive education for leaders in global markets. EBS’ executive education programmes are among the most renowned on the German executive education market. Every year, we welcome more than 3500 business leaders and top decision-makers to our campus. As the leading provider of management training and further education, the EBS has developed high standards in the design of its MBA and Executive MBA programmes and is working with its international partner universities to put them into practice.

EBS Full-time MBA
The 3-term EBS Full-time MBA programme is a highly intensive degree programme for the next generation of business leaders. The programme is designed to qualify talented and ambitious professionals who have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of working experience. The programme takes place in cooperation with renowned universities in the so-called BRIC states (Brazil, Russia, India, China) and prepares graduates for international management functions.

During the first year you will acquire comprehensive general management knowledge. At the same time you can choose from five foreign languages (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German). Students will concentrate either on global finance or global operations. In a six-month study period abroad you will deepen your knowledge at a partner university in the BRIC states. For all students personal module-based coaching sessions are scheduled to suit their individual goals. Participants can take advantage of the EBS Career Service Centre which offers job placements through the EBS job platform, recruitment fairs, career workshops, networking activities.

DBS & EBS Executive MBA
The DBS & EBS Executive MBA combines the internationally successful Durham MBA which is AMBA and EQUIS accredited with the strengths of EBS in executive education to create a world class programme - meeting the needs of managers for today and tomorrow. The DBS & EBS EMBA is designed to enable you to reach your aims and so meet the needs of your sponsor. The programme is clearly focused on the core competencies of executives and also gives you the opportunity of customising your studies by choosing topics from a range of electives.

The programme is offered on a modular part-time basis in Germany and the UK to minimise the impact on your continuing career. During the first year you will attend six core modules to widen your knowledge. In these modules you will be provided with leadership orientated knowledge.  Participants will be exposed to the challenges of top-level decision making through the Boardroom Simulation – a unique part of the Durham MBA, featuring senior executives from industry and commerce. The choice of elective modules in the second year offers you an opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills in areas that interest you most (choose 6 out of 25 courses).
