Overview

Vlerick, currently ranked number 10 in the World for the fulltime MBA (in the Economist ranking) and the number 10 business school in Europe (according to the Financial Times) is the post graduate management school of the world famous Catholic University of Leuven (founded in 1425) and Ghent University (founded in 1817.) Each year we select around 100 of the top MBA candidates from all round the world to become the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School class. The diversity in such a small group is amazing – normally 40+ countries are represented. The academic and work backgrounds of the group are similarly diverse as is their range of skills and interests. Students are, on average, 30 years old with 6 years of work experience and an average GMAT of 660.

We are one of only a few schools to hold ALL the globally recognised accreditations: from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
The MBA is consistently ranked as one of the top in the world by the Economist and the Financial Times - N° 1 in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg.

The programme is completed in an intensive 12 months including a two month incompany consultancy project and two courses completed in our programme at the Peking University in Beijing. The Vlerick MBA is an international general management programme with emphases on entrepreneurship, international / multicultural business and CSR. All students must undertake the in-company consultancy project / internship which we provide through our global network of relationships with employers.
