Experience Cultural Diversity

The ISM is one of the best MBA colleges in Germany for international students. The Master of Business Administration is offered entirely in English. You get to study in small learning groups with fellow international graduates, from countries like India, China, Iran, UK or Russia. Our students are from over 84 nationalities, so you will get to experience not only the German culture, but also enrich your world view and perspectives.

Individual coaching during the course of study is an integral part of the MBA part-time. With the help of a professional coach, you will conduct a potential analysis, work on defining and implementing your professional goals, and perfect your leadership skills.

MBA studies as a career springboard

"An important part of the MBA program was individual coaching. The potential analysis and the discussions with the coach helped me to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and to work on them in a targeted way. " - Nadine Roszewicz works in a CRM project for the Key Account Management/Sales department at Schenker AG in Essen. She deliberately chose the MBA General Management in order to gain an insight into the various areas of the company such as strategy, marketing, finance and human resources and thus to be even more broadly positioned for her further professional development.
