The MSM Master in Management (MM) programme is a one-year full-time master’s program for recent graduates and young professionals (< 3 years of working experience) with the ambition to manage people and processes with success in any organization, country or context.


Our Master in Management (MM) provides you with a first necessary step to fast-forward your career to higher levels by providing you with a solid foundation in the practice and theory of management in a fast-changing global world.  During this course you will be provided with the opportunity to understand how to steer your organization to high performance in a diverse and multicultural international business context. You will learn from experienced faculty, international companies and fellow participants from different cultural, business and study backgrounds.


The MSM Master in Management will ultimately challenge you to develop your own unique approach to management that inspires.

Career and Personal Development Track (CPDT)


We have created a special optional  Career and Personal Development Track (CPDT)  to help you achieve your goals. The CPDT aims at providing you with the tools necessary to help you find a job upon completion of your Master in Management degree at MSM. Throughout the year, you will train your soft-skills and prepare yourself for a successful career. Personal development training is also integrated in some of the courses of the curriculum. What to expect in the CPDT:


  • networking events,
  • HR managers coming to talk to you,
  • collaboration with regional corporate partners that are looking for international students,
  • CV book published by MSM for our corporate partners to facilitate the recruitment of our students,
  • business challenges, company visits and guest speakers,
  • workshops on CV and motivational letter writing, presentation skills, LinkedIn and video resume, elevator pitch
  • individual self-awareness and self-development coaching
  • holistic life balance trainings.


The full tuition fee of the Master in Management program starting in September 2022 is € 16,000.

Scholarship opportunities can be combined up to 50% of the full tuition fee.
