The residential Smeal Master of Professional Studies in Management and Organizational Leadership (MOL), designed for pre-professional students from technical, STEM disciplines, bridges the gap between a technical background and the business world.

With the class size capped at 60, the MOL program takes a very personal and experiential approach to education; each student receives individual attention and classroom instruction that applies to real-world situations through relevant classwork, case evaluations, and team projects. MOL students receive unparalleled access to world-renowned faculty that provide a prestigious, high-caliber education within a small, interactive classroom experience.

Throughout the program, MOL students present more than 40 times per semester, providing ample opportunity to hone presentation skills while practicing strong business communication.
