Applicants typically have:

  • Three years’ relevant industrial experience
  • Have an undergraduate degree or equivalent with at least a 2:1
  • Non-native English speakers must achieve an IELTS or equivalent at 6.5 or greater, with no less than 5.5 in any one element
  • As part of the application process, you will be contacted by a member of faculty, typically the course director, to discuss your work experience and suitability for the course

MBA students on the one-year full-time program will:

  •  Be mentored by someone in industry to gain bespoke guidance and advice throughout the program and manage industry set projects
  •  Attend masterclasses run by academics and industry leaders, providing further insight and opportunities to discuss global business challenges
  • Explore a range of businesses in a major European destination through an International Study Visit where you will apply the topic areas covered to a European business. Typically, the visit will be 5-6 days in a capital city, meeting a range of organizations to discuss the company’s challenges with senior managers

Tuition fees for the MBA are £20,000

The MBA program is based on the interaction between theory and practice. It will provide you with a critical appreciation of human values in a business and management context through a range of modules; some grounded in academic fields, others more directly inspired by the requirements of practice.


Compulsory modules are delivered for full-time students over three teaching blocks:

    • How Exploring Organizational Purpose
    • Navigating Innovation & Change
    • Understanding Finance
    • Leading with Integrity
    • Creating Sustainable Value
    • Data Analysis and Decision-Making


    Graduates can land a number of roles including: Managing Director; Operations Manager; Corporate Social Responsibility Manager; Entrepreneur.

    The program is designed to create innovative business leaders who can tackle challenges creatively and think about the broader, societal impact business decisions can have.
