Overview

The aim of the MBA Programs is to prepare the students to make sustainable strategic decisions and lead companies using the latest management techniques.

The MBA program (full-time and part-time) is an internationally oriented general management program that provides students from different industries and professions with the expertise to understand the interdisciplinary relationships of a company and to make sustainable strategic decisions using the latest management techniques. The MBA program can be completed in two different time structures: Full-Time in 12 months (Program Start: March and September) or Part-Time (weekend classes); Program Start: September) in 18 months.

The MBA Program aims at qualifying participants to strategically lead companies. The curriculum emphasizes management concepts which foster strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and intercultural awareness. Participants learn to identify complex interdependencies and leverage the knowledge of peers for the advantage of the entire company. Due to the global perspective, an understanding of cultural differences, and how this matters for individual and corporate success, is developed.
