The Henley MBA is offered Full-time over 1 year or Part-time via the 2 year Executive or 3 year Flexible Learning programmes.

Stage 1 of the programme is Managing the Organisation and introduces the core subjects of Managing People & Performance; Managing Processes Systems and Projects; Managing Financial Resources.
Stage 2 of the programme is 'Making Choices' which consists of modules on Strategy and International Business; Corporate Finance & Governance and Strategic Marketing.
Stage 3 of the programme is 'Making a Difference', where we look at Reputation and Relationships; leadership & Change; Manager as an Investigator and The Management Challenge. The management challenge is a piece of real-time consultancy work which allows the programme member to apply what they have learned to a real business problem in an organisation.

There are also international study projects on the Full-time (3) and Executive (2) programmes looking at business systems in different markets as well as undertaking real projects in different countries and social settings.

Henley's highly practical approach to the learning can be applied in the workplace immediately. We focus on small group 'syndicate' learning and always work in teams. We also emphasise personal development and help you define your objectives, identify skills gaps and develop personal action plans.
