The Graduate School of Business and Law (GSBL) is one of six schools within RMIT Business and recognised throughout the Asia Pacific region as a leader in business management education. The strength of the GSBL is our ability to develop well-educated, self-aware and highly competent business leaders.
The GSBLs mission is to maintain programs that equip business professionals with the essential technical and analytical skills they need to effectively manage an organisation in a complex, evolving and increasingly globalised economy. We dont believe true business leaders can be formed through a conventional approach to business education. Therefore, our programs have been developed in response to the challenges of todays fast-paced and increasingly complex global business environment. They are designed to foster leadership and strategic thinking and help students to maximise their personal and professional capabilities. Particular emphasis is placed on corporate social responsibility and students are encouraged to adopt a more sustainable and long-term approach to business management
Our faculty members are actively involved in industry and professional bodies and undertake a broad range of research and consulting activities. They assess the prevailing needs of business organisations and develop teaching, learning and research strategies that respond to real world issues and challenges and supply effective and timely solutions.
