The 16-month, full-time UBC MBA program was recently re-designed around a results-focused, challenging, and comprehensive curriculum to prepare you for business leadership in the 21st century. The core of the program is focused on five key personal development factors: Responsible Business, Global Issues & Macro-Economics, Creativity, Decision Making, and Leadership

The UBC MBA offers a uniquely integrated perspective on business strategy, with the aim of helping you develop expertise across a broad range of key business subjects. As such, the MBA offers career-oriented tracks that provide training in the cluster of skills needed for one of four demanding and complex business sectors: Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Consulting & Strategic Management, Finance, and Product & Service Management.

The UBC MBA program also develops your global perspective through project work on the ground in Europe, China or India, international business courses, one of the most diverse student bodies in North America, and optional exchange programs at 31 business schools around the world.

The MBA program links business theory with business reality through internships or industry projects, guest speakers, and site visits. A unique Professional Development Program, complete with 360-degree personalized leadership coaching throughout your degree, helps develop personal productivity and leadership skills that will prove invaluable throughout your career. And as you plan your return to work, the Sauder School of Business Career Centre offers career management training and personal assistance to help you market yourself more effectively.
