Texas A&M University-Mays Business School

Overview

While Texas A&M MBA students come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, they all share a commitment to their communities and success in their chosen careers. In your time at Mays Business School, your MBA experience will be enhanced by the contributions of your classmates. The smaller size of the A&M MBA program (80-85 students per class year/average class enrolls 35 - 40 students) allows for a superior environment for learning and getting to know your classmates. This combination of diversity and shared vision also provides for one of the strongest alumni networks in the world. Our MBA graduates leave with not only improved business knowledge, but a greater understanding of other cultures, careers, and themselves.

Texas A&M MBA students include Fullbright scholars, musicians, teachers, veterinarians, law students, a gymnast, rugby players, a volunteer firefighter, U.S. Military Officers, former NCAA football players, and a two-time all American swimmer. This year’s students came from states such as California, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, in addition to countries such as China, Columbia, Ecuador, Germany, India, Nicaragua, and Nigeria.

As one of our MBA students commented, “My interaction with my fellow students has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my time here at Mays. They helped me to gain a better understanding of my career and gain a global perspective.”
