Our program’s curriculum fosters an appreciation for working to achieve a common goal. Our students understand that business does not take place in a vacuum, that business leaders must be cognizant of how all parts contribute to the whole. They work together on cross-functional projects and business simulations, each person contributing their own knowledge and abilities to reach effective solutions.

This cooperative network extends to the over 50,000 alumni from the College of Business who are now applying their University of Illinois education to the workplace. Many alumni continue to contribute to the program by mentoring and recruiting Illinois MBA students.
