Opportunities for MBA job seekers during 2012 increased by 12%, according to the QS Top MBA Jobs and Salary Trends Report 2012/13. Though representing a drop on the 36% growth experienced in 2011, the figure compares favourably to the 5% decline in employment opportunities which occurred as recently as 2009.

Average MBA salaries have also gone up in many regions around the world, particularly in emerging markets. In instances where they have not gone up, they have remained largely stable.
