Privately founded in 1996, UCAM – the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia – is located in the southeast of Spain, within the Murcia region. With mild temperatures, long hours of daylight, historical cities and idyllic beaches, the area offers a dynamic and attractive environment.

The vision of UCAM is: “to provide students with the knowledge and skills to serve society, to contribute to the further expansion of human knowledge through research and development, and to participate in the Evangelical mission of the Catholic Church in the areas of education and culture”.

UCAM aims to provide a vibrant and global environment and believes that having over 10% international students on campus allows varied perspectives to be shared and learned from.

The university has a strong focus on sport, with more than 24 Olympic and Paralympic athletes from Athens, Beijing and London completing their training at UCAM. A policy of sponsorship and co-direction of sports clubs in the Region of Murcia and a range of academic programs with a strong focus on sport and sports management has led to UCAM being labelled ‘the university of sport in Spain’. As such, a number of sports scholarships are made available at the university, each covering 20-100% of a student’s fees.

UCAM offer two main full-time MBA programs: a traditional one-year full-time MBA and the flagship MBA Sports Management.
