OneMBA, established in 2002, is an innovative global executive MBA program designed to cultivate a profound understanding of business, grounded in the complexities of the real world. The program uniquely combines interpersonal relationships and reflective learning with applied theoretical principles, empowering students to reshape their understanding of business phenomena. OneMBA's core mission is to nurture leaders who are not only responsible towards society and the environment but are also pioneers in business strategies, globally aware, culturally adept, and proficient in both functional/technical and social/behavioral skills, enabling them to lead international projects across both advanced and emerging markets.

The program's distinctiveness lies in its global orientation, realized through engaging discussions on worldwide megatrends, collaborative projects in multinational teams, and immersive global residencies. OneMBA offers an unparalleled educational journey with its global residency immersions, a focused sustainability immersion, the challenge of navigating multicultural environments, and guidance from a diverse team of international faculty members. This rich blend of experiences and perspectives ensures that OneMBA graduates emerge with a refined worldview, ready to make significant contributions to global business landscapes, marked by enhanced credibility and transformative insights.

OneMBA is conducted by a consortium of world-renowned and accredited business schools from three countries. The program addresses current topics in the business environment and discusses best management practices in each region, instilling in its students a worldview based on different perspectives and meanings.

Participants from several countries meet in three immersive global residencies in five geopolitical regions (Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America) and one local sustainability immersion (Amazon, Brazil). They attend lectures by local faculty members and executives, participate in technical visits to regional and multinational companies, meet with business managers and government officials, engage in social immersion activities, and participate in intense teamwork assignments.

Students cooperate with colleagues from other countries in assignments of three global courses. Global teams feature diversity in terms of cultural history, academic background, professional practice, industries, age, and gender. The global courses include a comprehensive project that requires teamwork skills (both remote and on-site) and the ability to evaluate a business based on different conceptual views.

Additionally, a social impact challenge is conducted, mostly asynchronously, with self-selected teams that cooperate with entrepreneurs of social impact businesses to tackle a social or environmental issue. At the end of the project, the teams propose a strategic solution to that specific challenge.

Local courses complement students’ development and aim to speed up students’ professional success. A business game simulation wraps up all the acquired knowledge. It allows students to develop comprehensive business strategies duly supported by informed reasoning in an online platform that emulates the real business world.
