Involvement in community healthcare programs, public health initiatives, or volunteer work related to improving public health outcomes is an advantage. • Submission of a written essay or short 1-2 minute video detailing the applicant’s career goals in healthcare management and their vision for contributing to the healthcare sector. Applicants should describe any relevant experience that demonstrates their understanding of healthcare challenges and their commitment to addressing them. Applicants should illustrate how they have made a positive impact in healthcare or wellness initiatives within their communities.
