The ROMBA LGBTQ+ Fellowship is a joint effort between Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and Reaching Out MBA Inc. (ROMBA), aimed at cultivating the next generation of LGBTQ+ business leaders. Up to two fellows are selected each year who apply during the Fall intake for the MBA or Dual Degree program. Selected fellows receive a minimum scholarship of $20,000 from Bentley, as well as additional opportunities for professional development from ROMBA.
