The Amsterdam Leadership Programme
The ALP is about developing your personal and professional leadership skills, building unique leadership talents and gaining top management insights. The idea is not to provide a single ‘correct’perspective, but rather to encourage personal reflection and insight critical for future work and personal success.
In-Company Project
Applying the acquired knowledge to real world business challenges, students develop their consulting skills in a self-selected company environment ranging from start-ups to multinational enterprises. Companies that have participated in our MBA In-Company Project include Avanade, TomTom, Heineken, Vodafone, Philips and several start-up companies.

Start date: September
Duration: 24 months
7 hours per week of scheduled class time (3.5 hours per class, twice a week from 18:30 - 22:00). Evenings vary per block
15-20 hours per week for preparation, casework and assignments
Exams, resits, career workshops or company visits may take place on Friday during the day or evening
Officially recognized Master’s degree. Title to be obtained: MBA
