The ESADE MBA Overview

-Flexibility and taylormade experience: the fulll time MBA Programme has a flexible format, allowing students to finish the MBA in 12, 15 or 18 months, depending on their objectives and the opportunities they may find during the MBA. The length of the programme is determined in March, when most students know whether they will do a summer internship or go on an exchange programme with another business school.

-Entrepreneurship and innovation: following the move to the new campus, the entrepreneurship classes will be enhanced with the innovation part, taking advantage of the business environment the MBA will be immersed in.

-LAB Specializations: All LABs are created and function with the purpose of enhancing students’ support, knowledge, experience and CV in the corresponding specialization. Each LAB offers in-depth exposure to its specialization through a combination of Curriculum and extra-curriculum activities.LABs provide the opportunity to experiment and debate at a high and global level to add differentiating value to the student’s MBA experience. Reinforcement of skills and competencies whatever Career path is taken next. Creation of a close-knit network of MBAs interested in the same specialization.

-Real world challenges: The Action Learning Consulting Programme (ALCP) is a three-month, hands-on chance to analyse a real-world business problem from an ESADE Creapolis ecosystem company and propose a consultancy-style solution. ESADE Creapolis, home to more than 70 companies including many start-ups, is an Open & Cross Innovation Centre. As such, it's the perfect place for synergies between students and entrepreneurial ventures facing real life business challenges. Students work in teams of 3 to 5 people who share a similar passion to solve the same problem. The challenges provided by companies can be in any functional area: HHRR, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Innovation. The ALCP isn't just a “case study”, it's a chance to apply MBA learning for real. It's a valuable addition to a student’s CV and offers many of the same benefits as in-company training. The ALCP programme is a competitive opportunity for students to be proactively involved in a company project and perhaps even demonstrate their talent to a potential future employer.
