FIA's International MBA program aims at consolidating general and strategic management knowledge in an international context, developing the ability of business leadership with a global vision through a vigorous exchange of experiences among the participants. The program also promotes intense practical experience and empowers students to build an international career and nurture entrepreneurship and innovation in large companies or new business environments.
The course is integrated mainly by experienced managers from Brazil and many other countries, with the class's profile averaging at 33 years of age and 9 years of management experience. The target is to compose a class constituted by a mix of students coming from Europe, Asia, and the Americas and a rich variety of industries and backgrounds. All activities are held in English, and up to 30 participants are selected according to each one's potential to share professional experiences, analyze and assimilate new concepts and distinctive cultural realities, and have a strong commitment to learning and intellectual curiosity. As part of the development proposed by the program, the International MBA Students have a one-week international immersion, with Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Creativity classes at UC Berkeley and Stanford University and company visits at Silicon Valley.
