In order to
study MBA General Management at ISM, the university conducts an internal
admission test that asseses your personality, motivation and skills. The MBA
program is not restricted by a “Numerus Clausus” (NC, average grade).
This is what
you need for the initial check of your application at ISM:
a first successful degree with
210 ECTS-points from a study at a university, or of a foreign university
of corresponding rank as well.
at least two to three years'
professional experience after the first degree.
missing ECTS points can be
replaced up to a limit of 30 ECTS points by qualified professional
experience – in addition to the professional experience required above.
sufficient English language
skills (TOEFL test, IELTS etc).

basis and will take it into account for the coming year as long as we have free
places available.
ISM
admission test
The
admission test comprises preparing and presenting a case study, as well
as an interview. You willl send ISM the results of the case study
by e-mail at least 2 working days before your scheduled interview. You‘ll then present
your results of the case study in an oral presentation on the day of the
admission test.
The goal of
the interview is to get to know you and your personal background better. We are
looking forward to getting to know your professional and personal goals as well
as your motivation for your MBA studies.
