How many practice tests and sample questions will you try before writing the GMAT?

Well I've written eight practice tests. You'd think that would be enough, right? How many GMAT practice tests are you all writing?

I don;t think there is a set amount - I think it;s more about about doing them regularly. There is software that is designed to match the real test, presenting you with harder and harder questions as you get better - it is worth having a go on tsomething like this unitl you feel comfortable with your score.

What score were you aiming for? You should make sure that you consisntetly score quite a bit higher than that to account for test day stutters.

What software are you guys using? Yeah, I'm thinking the main thing is to be as comfortable as you can be with the format, then you can start thinking about trying to hit certain scores in practice tests.

I did about four, but I'm good at tests (as my score proved) and I tend to do best when I've not overpractised. But that's just me...
