How a QS Event Can Help You Choose the Best MBA Program for You
By Niamh Ollerton
Updated UpdatedChoosing the right business school and MBA or executive MBA program for you can be quite a daunting experience, but it doesn't need to be with the proper preparation. With this in mind, QS holds many events across the world to help you with this important decision.
Why MBA events matter
Udo Richson, MBA student at IE Business School first attended a QS event with the intention of speaking to representatives and to get a better feel about school culture, and the programs offered.
He says, “It was a good exercise for collecting all the data and comparing.” He thinks this helped and travelling to visit the schools was the next best step.
Udo visited campuses in Switzerland, Paris and Madrid. But what made him decide on IE Business School? When on campus he met people he felt he connected with; people who were super open, sociable and very ambitious.
The business school’s ethos also helped with his division. He says, “IE offers a lot of unique things like how innovative and customizable their courses are, and how much space they give you to develop your platform further and get the best results.”
