Professor Juan Fernandez, CEIBS Associate Dean and MBA Director told us: “This year’s graduating class of MBA 2018 saw a five-year high in both placement and career switcher rates, standing at 93.1 percent and 86.1 percent respectively. One notable trend was the increase in demand from the technology sector, with hot areas such as blockchain, big data and artificial intelligence attracting more students to develop their careers. I also believe that initiatives such as our on-campus entrepreneurship lab (eLab) were no doubt helpful for the 11 students who started their own ventures or returned to a family business.”
