Fenghua Xia reminisces about his MBA at Cass Business School and how it has helped him reach his career goals.
1. How and why did you choose Cass Business School?
Cass is one-year MBA program with high quality and good reputation. Well known within business circle around the world. To experienced business persons, one-year program has its particular attraction.
2. Did you consider undertaking an Executive MBA? Why did you ultimately choose the FTMBA?
Two-year executive MBA is still much hassle, as you can't fully focus on either working or studying, although it is a theoretically better form of gaining MBA investment positive NPV (net present value) in a shorter period of time.
3. If you are an overseas student, what are the benefits of studying outside your home country?
Truly diving in the MBA program environment without thinking what used to bother you and without the hassle of switching between two languages at least during most of time.
4. What were you doing before your MBA?
Business Development Manager, at Philips Medical Systems China.
5. What are your career objectives after your MBA?
To become the CEO or CFO at a medium or large company within 10 years after MBA.
