Hertfordshire Business School has been offering business degrees since 1965, and has established an excellent reputation in the field. The school is located at our £120m campus in Hatfield, just 20 minutes to London Kings Cross by train. With a wide range of degrees at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and a strong research team, it is easy to see why we were awarded the Times Higher Education (THE) ‘Entrepreneurial University of the Year’ award in 2010.

The part-time AMBA Accredited Hertfordshire Executive MBA programme is designed to fit around your lifestyle and is completely flexible. The programme is taught over ten 3 day weekends (Fri-Sun) per year, so students who are employed have minimum disruption to their working life. Strategic management is a key theme of this programme, it addresses not only the what and how of managing but also the why. The programme:

Is informed by cutting edge research, industry practice and live consultancy
Develops enterprising reflective leaders equipped with corporate entrepreneurship skills and a min-set driven by risk-taking and growth orientation
Reflective learning methods help you apply your learning to make sense of your experience, whilst sharing your experience with others enhances your learning by giving you an understanding of different ways of managing, making you more responsive to a variety of management situations and facilitating the development of your management career.

The university’s unique online learning environment ‘StudyNet’ allows students to access course notes, submit assignments, and keep in touch from any computer in the world. We also have onsite a 24/7 Learning Resource Centre with over 1,500 computer workstations, 600,000 books, journals and periodicals, group study rooms, and video editing suites.
