MBA programs can be highly competitive, particularly in top-tier schools that offer many learning opportunities. Recruiters receive hundreds of applications every year, so how can candidates truly stand out and make the best impression on admissions faculties?

Kane describes the ideal applicant as someone who is prepared to engage fully in the program, seek learning opportunities and give back to the institution that provides them with valuable experiences.

She says, “We offer a very flexible and individualized learning environment for people, and that requires that someone comes in the program ready to take advantage of everything we offer and really ready to make it their own.”
