The weather is getting warmer in the northern hemisphere and that can only mean one thing: festival season (OK, it means about a thousand things, but bear with me)! This edition of the self-ascribed festival (warming up) of MBA blogs kicks off with EF Essays who profiles the SXSW (South by Southwest) festival.

It is also that festive time of the year where prospective MBA students are waitlisted. Top Dog MBA tells us about how he is handling being on the Wharton waitlist. My Life of Bliss gives us a complete rundown of all of the schools that invited her in to interview. Scott Duncan has already made the turnaround that he wanted after last year, and has plenty of good advice for anyone who has niggling doubts.

Is it buyer’s remorse? Or is decider’s remorse a thing (It is now!)? Naija Girl MBA has committed to Booth, but now, she wonders, what about everything else?

In the spirit of spring and needing breaks, Asanas and an MBA, who is new to the Pulse, spent her spring break in lovely Seattle. Sarah’s MBA Journey discusses sexism in the work place in honor of International Women’s Day earlier this month.

It is now time for everyone to learn something this week, courtesy of Rohan. Did you learn today? Good.

To wrap this festival of blogs and bloggers up, let’s check out the business school blogs. If spring isn’t one of your favorite things, then maybe, like NYU Stern MBA student Cyndee, finance classes are? MIT Sloan students bring us an unfiltered version of Mumbai and an interesting question about expectations. Kellogg professor, Andrew Razaghi, has a new book out, and offers a few quick tips in the Kellogg blog, while some of the school’s MBA students pay a visit to MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference.
