Hector School of Engineering & Management

The HECTOR School of Engineering & Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) offers Part-time Executive Master programs particularly designed for the “engineering high potentials” in engineering, economy and finance and IT-sector. All programs are following a modular structure, which combines management issues and engineering state-of-the-art knowledge. The participants are trained by case studies, lectures and group work in small international classes (max. 25 participants) on a part-time basis. We focus on integrating innovative technology knowledge in the context of the day-to-day business of the participants. Moreover, we put strong emphasize on the interfaces in the entire processes chain in e.g. operations management or product development.

The surrounding are multi-cultural and the courses are taught completely in English. The programs last 20 months, in which 10 x 2-week modules take place, and is held in Karlsruhe at the HECTOR School. Accommodation is offered at the Campus. Engineering professionals are faced with the ever-changing environment within industry. To assist in the lifelong learning that is necessary in industry, HECTOR School also offers certificate courses in four technology fields: Energy, Mobility, Industry 4.0 and Digitalization.
