As one of the UK's first business schools, Henley has been developing leaders for over 70 years. We are also among an elite group of business schools to be triple-accredited (AMBA, EQUIS, AACSB) from UK, European and US accreditation bodies. This ensures you get a high quality, internationally-recognised qualification.
Original research is at the heart of Henley Business School and a key component in all our programmes. It is driven by the quality and reputation of our faculty and we are proud that 98% of our output is internationally recognised.
As you explore your options, you will quickly discover that not all MBAs or business schools are the same. Henley is proud to be different. We create richer opportunities for learning, development and sharing knowledge. It’s what makes the Henley experience rewarding and helps build a spirit and sense of community that is distinctive to Henley. Henley Business School’s alumni network is a dynamic and engaging community of more than 80,000 people in over 160 countries.
Our Greenlands campus enjoys a stunning location on the banks of the River Thames, close to Henley-on-Thames. A former stately home with a history stretching back to medieval times, the historic buildings and 134 acres of beautiful parkland inspire a special sense of community as well as a calm, contemplative environment for learning.
Henley was founded on the belief that success in business takes an understanding of more than just business. It requires a wider perspective and an ability to see the bigger picture; to not just improve business but to improve society itself.
The Henley MBA is offered in two study options: The Executive MBA - Global (21 months, part-time, with flexibility to extend to 27 months) and the Flexible Executive MBA (30 months, part-time). The Henley MBA is arranged around ten core study modules that deliver a comprehensive and wide-ranging framework to your studies. In addition, there are a range of elective modules to allow you to specialise, as well as an applied business or in-company project and international study visit.
A word from The Dean:
"Today’s internationally-connected business world calls for a wider perspective, new skills and different ways of thinking. The Henley MBA is designed to develop outstanding business leaders ready to take on the challenges of operating in today’s global economy. It develops leaders who are strong, responsible and adaptable. Connecting people with international business perspectives and local understanding creates more resilient and adaptable leaders and the emphasis on workshops and peer-learning creates a rich learning environment."

COVID-19 Information:
Here at Henley Business School we’re working as usual, with very little change to the way we are managing our enquiries from prospective Henley MBA candidates. Although we are not able to meet individuals face-to-face during this time, we have a number of digital alternatives available including email, Skype, by phone or via our website. We are here to continuously support individuals in exploring their MBA options.
Henley Business School offers two separate start dates each year, typically in the Spring and Autumn. Our application process is the same as it has always been, with one-to-one guidance to support applicants at every step of their Henley MBA journey. Our advice is very much guided by candidates’ Individual goals for their own personal MBA and the type of experience they hope to have. Our Executive MBA candidates are part of our 80,000 Alumni community from day one, and moreover, continue to benefit from on-going careers support for four years after graduating!
We have a number of virtual events coming up, updated on Henley Business School’s MBA Events pages on our website (https://www.henley.ac.uk/events/event-listings/mba-events-and-fairs ) and includes 1-2-1 consultations with the Henley MBA advisory team, Webinars showcasing Henley’s approach to our MBA starting with a ‘taster workshop’ Webinar on Saturday 16th May, as well as planned Partner events, such as with QS in June. We look forward to connecting with you through these events.
