Full-Time MBA Overview

Our FTMBA Program has the goal of developing managerial skills in young professionals such as team work, leadership, decision making, global vision, and the ability to work under pressure. We work with the case methodology in order to analyze, discuss and come to a conclusion for more than 900 cases during the two years of the MBA. We also include simulations, workshops, international immersion and academic study / exchange trips, and hand on projects. IPADE´s FTMBA Program is 100% in English, in Mexico City and Monterrey for 22 months and characterized by its personal attention. The program starts with a period of intellectual growth focused on learning the managerial techniques. Following that, students put this newly acquired knowledge to use on specific projects/ internships in important companies and different sectors. The second year starts with a mandatory international exchange in top business schools. The last two quarters are studied in Mexico with a soft skill development. The experience at the FTMBA at IPADE is a challenging adventure in which each candidate will have to develop hard working skills, their abilities to work in a team, and their analytical skills
