The MBA General Management full-time is a state-of-the-art MBA program tailored to the needs and demands of today's globalized business world. It is designed to convey a comprehensive set of business knowledge and management tools, and to teach, develop, and enhance your executive and leadership skills.

Overall Objective
The idea is to provide students with an excellent foundation of management knowledge and skills while at the same time providing them with the opportunity to specialize in a regional market (Germany and Europe, Latin America, or China). Furthermore, students are provided with a toolbox of executive and leadership skills that every modern leader should possess.

Content and Structure

The MBA curriculum is based on three pillars: Expert Business Knowledge courses provide you with a strong foundation of expertise in core business and management areas. By selecting 2 out of 4 elective courses, you further deepen your knowledge in these particular fields. The MBS Flagship Course is comprised of a one-of-a-kind combination of courses based on Munich Business School’s core values – making the MBA General Management a truly unique experience. An International Week at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and an MBS Startup Week round off the MBS Flagship Module. Executive Skills courses are aimed to support you in your personality and leadership development, and provide you with all the necessary information to start, or continue, your professional career in Germany, or other parts of Europe.Duration

With its highly effective and compact structure, the program allows for its completion in less than 1.5 years. Depending on their practical business experience, students may also be eligible to waive the individual immersion in Term 3. This so-called Fast Track reduces the overall study time by three to a total of 12 months.
