It aims to equip honours graduates from any discipline (and with a numumum of two years relevant management experience) with the knowledge, skills and competences to manage effectively in the modern complex and increasingly dynamic business environment.The programme consists of two taught semesters followed by a third semester in which a dissertation of 15 - 20,000 words is undertaken. Extensive use is made of case studies as a learning medium, for which students prepare in small syndicate groups; and role-playing exercises. University College Northampton is located on the attractive Moulton Park Campus which occupies almost 70 acres on the edge of the town of Northampton. The Faculty of Management and Business has a teaching staff of around 130 made up of over six nationalities, with a strong interest in international business.
