The Kingston MBA The Kingston MBA has enjoyed continuous AMBA accreditation since its inception in 1984. The programme aims to provide both aspiring and mid-career managers with an intellectually stimulating and challenging learning experience that will enhance their general management capabilities and develop their leadership skills, increase their critical thinking powers and develop in them a talent for decisive decision-making.

In Stage 1 there is an emphasis on the strategic implications of management issues, with an integrated focus that allows a holistic perspective of an organisation. Leadership and Professional Development is introduced. In Stage 2 you can tailor your MBA to fit your own career needs through specialist-subject Electives. Finally, the MBA project allows you to apply the skills and knowledge gained on the course to the analysis of a specific business problem through a substantial piece of independent work, usually on behalf of a sponsoring company.
