Executive MBA

This Executive MBA program is intended for executives, senior managers, and entrepreneurs who are facing contemporary business issues and wish to improve the quality of their decision-making and their management skills. Accelerating changes in the business environment require managers to develop an ability to rapidly analyse and interpret these issues and act to adapt the strategy of their organizations. The average length of the programme is 20 months, with 3 days per month in the classroom on campus. It is structured around: Core courses: Business transformation, Business techniques, Leadership behavior specialisation pathway with 4 "Makers Bridge": Corporate Executive, Entrepreneurs, Corporate Entrepreneurs, SME/ETI leaders Candidates will develop their analysis and methodological skills. They will learn how to apply a systematic approach that incorporates creativity. They will develop their ability to design, create and facilitate collective intelligence, to address the bigger picture, and come up with innovative strategies and solutions. They will learn how to work in a collaborative and agile way, and to adopt responsible leadership behaviours and values.
