The McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA is a 15-month bilingual program designed to meet the development needs of experienced managers. Curriculum
Classes are held once per month, Thursday-Sunday, (plus two 7-10 day residential modules). Participants meet in person to cover the 9 Executive MBA modules.
Admissions
Applications are processed on a rolling basis and are reviewed in order of receipt. Applicants are advised to apply early, as space is limited.

Admission Requirements
- Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years
- Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years
- Education: An undergraduate degreeCandidates without undergraduate degrees, but with substantial managerial experience are encouraged to apply, as exceptional candidates may be admitted to the program.
- Language: English and FrenchCandidates must be able to speak and write in either English or French and must understand and be able to read the other language. Language test(s) may be required. Applicants will be informed directly, if this is the case. (See the Program Overview for further details on the bilingual format.)
- Other Candidate Requirements: Demonstrated capacity for leadership, curiosity and ability to reflect
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
