At Simon, an MBA is more than a credential. It’s about a new level of clarity: about how analytical frameworks drive success in business; about what it takes to collaborate and manage in the contemporary, global workplace; and about professional growth and goals.
The student community at Simon is small by design and intentional in its inclusiveness because relationships matter. In fact, Simon has one of the most diverse MBA programs of all the top business schools, so an extraordinary array of perspectives is always close by. In a class of just over 100 people, you’ll build your professional network and create lasting and meaningful connections with peers, faculty, and staff.
Simon was the first business school in the US to offer a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)-designated option for each of its full-time MBA specializations. A STEM-designated MBA can help you stand out in the job market and gives international students the ability to extend their Optional Practical Training (OPT) for an additional 24 months, for a total of three years of US work eligibility without H1B sponsorship.
Our Integrated Student Experience (ISE) helps students achieve their desired career outcomes. One of the most cohesive, career-focused student experiences of any MBA program, Simon’s ISE closely links students’ coursework, co-curricular activities, and career search to ensure they are market-ready for their internship and full-time job.

When students arrive on campus, they have the option of specializing in one of 10 areas within three core business verticals: finance, marketing and consulting. A student’s selection will determine the MBA study plan, including a recommended sequence of core and elective courses, a project-based course, and student clubs and organizations, all of which are complementary within the area of specialization.  Simon’s innovative curriculum emphasizes the analytical skills required to operate in an increasingly data-driven business environment, and the management skills to successfully lead diverse teams across the globe. The Simon MBA core curriculum allows students to take more electives in the first year, and take them earlier in their program of study; travel through their curricular experience with a cohort of students with similar career interests; and enrich their studies by choosing breadth electives designed to bolster professional skills employers desire.
