Frequently Asked Questions
The fee for The OU MBA Stage 1 for academic year 2013/14 is £4,975 and for the full MBA programme is between £17,645 and £19,810. Unlike many schools the OU fee includes the cost of books and study materials, accommodation and food at residential schools and tutorials, access to bespoke e-learning environment and project supervision as well as examination fees. The fee does not include any travel costs incurred to and from the residential schools or tutorials.
• Unlike many traditional MBA programmes, the OU MBA does not require you to pay at one go. You only pay for the modules that you are studying at that time. This spreads your cost over your chosen duration of study. • You can always take benefit of the OUSBA (Open University Student Budgets Account) scheme where you can register now and pay at module start date, without paying any interest. • Also, with OUSBA you can pay for your module in monthly instalments over a period of one year at a very low rate of interest. • Companies and organisations across the world sponsor their staff on our MBA - because we go out of our way to ensure MBA study meets organisational as well as individual needs. • Generate a proposal for your employer with our MBA Sponsorship Business Case Builder: http://www2.open.ac.uk/choose/sponsorship/mba/
