The MSIS program does not have a minimum work experience requirement for admission. However, candidates with IT-related professional work experience will be given preference.
We do not require a test score but recommend anyone who already has test scores to submit them with their application.
If the cumulative GPA of your undergraduate degree is lower than 3.0, a GMAT/GRE test score may strengthen your application and serve as alternative to the GPA requirement. We highly recommend you speak with an admissions advisor.
Note: We do not accept the GRE® General Test at-home exam.
While this program doesn’t have any prerequisites, applicants who are new to information systems are strongly encouraged to complete the free, online CLEP Information Systems course offered by Modern States Education Alliance: https://modernstates.org/course/information-systems/
