EHL’s EMBA program equips students with hard and soft skills essential to lead an organisation that puts service excellence at its core. The program will teach students how to get the most out of people by answering their evolving needs and desires at every touchpoint. By completing the EMBA, students will develop confidence as a leader and gain greater professional direction to transform their careers. The program follows a part-time format and is delivered entirely in English. It follows a blended approach with in-class delivery with 40 days on site at the campuses in Lausanne or in Singapore designed to fit a busy schedule. The duration of this program is 18 months with the option to extend as required and students will receive a diploma title of Executive MBA HES-SO upon graduation.

Academic:
A Bachelor degree (or its international equivalent) in hospitality, tourism, or business management is preferred. However, applicants with a Bachelor's degree in a related field may be considered. Those admitted under this category will be required to complete pre-requisite modules during the summer to establish a foundational understanding of business and economics, as well as gain contextual insight into the hospitality industry.
Professional:
A minimum of six months’ professional experience in the hospitality industry is required. Internships are included. Through your cover letter and interview, you should also show your interest in hospitality & service and dedication to develop a career in these industries.
