The MBA immerses students in general principles of responsible leadership, business ethics, and the role of business in society. Participants focus on management and how the external economic environment influences decision-making. Courses include:

During the second phase, participants develop functional expertise and core managerial skills through the study of management as well as cross-functional, integrative and strategic courses. Courses include:

During the third phase, participants deepen their understanding of core areas beyond management fundamentals and move towards integrative business thinking. Courses include:

This module includes the International Field Seminar, a student-organized, two-week option. Students interested in innovation and technology visit a hotbed for high-tech innovation. Students interested in global sustainability visit a region facing development challenges. Previous destinations include China, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Silicon Valley, South Korea, and Turkey.

Electives combine the Management of Innovation and Technology, concentrating on how to innovate through technology, how to capture value from this innovation, and how to bring new technologies to market and Global Sustainable Business, focusing on issues of sustainability, environmental management, and business in emerging economies.
