In light of Covid-19, IESE has been able to host in-person classes through the enforcement of strict safety measures. Our current MBA class has had an uninterrupted on-campus learning experience since June 2020.

The program offers depth, a breadth of knowledge and the option to gain hands-on experience of international business across five continents. Delivered in 15 or 19 months, your first year is an immersion in business essentials. You will work through solid core courses as you build foundational knowledge, hone new competencies and forge ties, friendships and your own business network. Customize your learning in the second year with a choice of 130 electives, 4 concentrations, *internships, overseas modules and exchange programs. The MBA will have a profound and lasting impact on your career, and on your future.

*With the accelerated 15 months track, you will have classes during the summer months instead of doing a summer internship. Those summer classes will be a mix between core classes shared by all and electives.

At IESE, we use the Case Method whenever it can be used because we find it to be the most effective way to leverage each classroom’s immense diversity. During an MBA at IESE, students experience 400+ business cases.

After individual preparation, students work in teams to analyze, discuss and propose solutions to hundreds of different business problems drawn from real-life scenarios. The approach opens up a forum where students discover new perspectives and broaden their understanding of key issues. Most importantly, this intense and challenging method means that students learn to make business decisions and take action by thinking, arguing and defending their interpretations and recommendations against a multitude of equally plausible solutions.

Open Days are a great way for prospective applicants to experience IESE and see if we are the right fit for you.

The IESE MBA equips you with the knowledge, skills and global insights for success all over the world, throughout your career. The world’s leading companies target IESE graduates because of the value they deliver, whatever the sector, wherever the opportunity.
